James Morse serves as IT Business Analyst, Digital Marketing at Family Dollar. Previously, he served as Omni-Channel Technology Lead at Belk, a 128 year old department store chain.  A retail professional with a background in marketing and merchandising, he has served as Belk’s innovation and omnichannel lead catalyst and expert.  An advocate of human-centered design thinking and lean iterative testing, he has tested many interactive omni-channel customer and associate experiences.  His guiding principle is to ensure that everything we do is a win for the user.
