IT STRATEGY & EXECUTION LEADER MCDONALD’S
Rick Rigley leads McDonald’s Global Technology Program Management team, responsible for customer and crew-facing restaurant technology development and deployment programs.
Rick joined McDonald’s in 1993 and previously led several strategic technology initiatives, including US Cashless payment, Mobile ordering, payment and marketing, restaurant WiFi, Digital Menu Board, restaurant back-office management, and site-selection initiatives. He also led supplier negotiation for restaurant technology and franchisee technology economic modeling programs.
Prior to joining McDonald’s, Rick was Sr. Manager at Accenture where he led various technology strategy and development projects.
Rick is a member of the Northwestern University Leadership Council and a Board member of the Northwestern Gridiron Network. He has previously served on various community and Public School Boards.
He earned degrees in Mathematical Methods in the Social Sciences and in Political Science from Northwestern University. He and his wife Jenhave three daughters and reside in Burr Ridge, Illinois.
