SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT & CHIEF INFORMATION OFFICER, 7-ELEVEN, INC.
Steve Holland is senior vice president and chief information officer for 7-Eleven, Inc. He is responsible for the company’s enterprise technology capabilities and the continuous improvement of the 7-Eleven retail information systems and key technology initiative to improve retail processes for the company’s stores in the United States and Canada for 8,500 locations and 8 million customers a day.
Prior to this position, Steve was chief technology and digital officer for 7-Eleven, Inc. He directed the company’s technology strategy and was responsible for business processes in enterprise architecture, strategy roadmaps, and portfolio management. He was also responsible for the digital guest experience strategy and solution development for mobile, e-commerce, cloud solutions, Voice of the Guest, and new uses to connect customers to stores.
Steve has served on the Board of Directors for The Family Place and as its Executive Treasurer. He has served as committee co-chair for DFW’s CEO Netweavers, Executive Connection member and is an active leader with the DFW chapter of the Society of Information Management.
Steve earned a bachelor’s degree in management and administration from Bradley University in Peoria, Ill.
